We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn or unused

With tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved


European Union – 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still meet the standard return conditions (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
